Are you ready to wake up? Perhaps you didn’t know you were asleep. Were you taught as a child that if you work hard, your dreams will come true? Do you get up every day and go to a job that you don’t like? Do you come home in the evening and watch several hours of tel-a-vision? Do you try to keep up with the Joneses? Then, my friend, you are asleep and don’t know it!

So, what can you do about it? Chantie Valinttine offers insights that can help you navigate your way to being fully awake in Wake from the Trance of the Spell Casters. She not only shares her own story but gives perspectives on how most of us became victims of The Trance. She says, for example, “When you watch television for one hour, you are bombarded with twenty minutes of commercials. You are under hypnosis.” Regarding weather, Chantie states, “The storms and temperature fluctuations are in part a result of the massive clearing of forests.” Regarding our health, she comments, “As a collective, we are just trading our health for the progress and advancement of technology because they told us in The Trance how great our life will be with better and faster.”

So, what is the way forward? Chantie says to go outside, spend time in nature, get still and listen to your inner guidance. “Find some outdoor way to bring you joy. Watch the sunset, then watch the stars.” She also says question everything and trust your gut.

Wake from the Trance of the Spell Casters is a comprehensive mine of information and resources that is unlikely to be found elsewhere. If you are awake and need a guide not only to a more fulfilling life, but to take part in transforming our world, this book is a good place to start.

Even if readers are unconvinced, it raises good questions, not the least is – what if she’s right? What if we need to WAKE UP?!
